SMS messages are sent only to people who initiate contact with my business by calling or texting my business number. Messages consist of customer-service and lead-follow-up replies related to your inquiry — not promotional blasts.

Replying STOP ends messages to your number. Replying HELP returns a short message with how to reach me. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

These providers may only use your information to perform their service for me, and they are not permitted to sell it or use it for their own marketing.
